For anyone that's ever lived in a pokey flat

Clever set of boxed storage units / bookshelves that magically and beautifully house a set of table and chairs by recent Dublin Institute of Technology graduate
Orla Reynolds. Orla has aptly titled her genius creation 'As if from nowhere'. I know a small living space or two that would benefit greatly!

Daniela Cardillo - inspired by horsehair and rodents!

Wow wow WOW! The utterly intriguing and beautiful work of NCAD graduate Daniela Cardillo, who has just been shortlisted  for this year’s European Prize for Applied Arts. Taxidermy, hunting trophies, Victorian mourning jewellery and finding the 'beauty in death' inspire these stunning Gothic pieces which she handcrafts using using bones from rodents and horsehair- really!
She will find out next week if she has won the award, so fingers crossed over here!...She will soon have an online store
