Some rare finds.

I have to share with you this new arrival to Kirk Modern. It's known as and is the much sought after Penguin Donkey, designed specifically to hold paperback books published by Penguin. What a beautiful piece of design. (***Hint Hint family!)
 
The  mid-century design collectors based in Dublin's Sandymount, specialize in  Scandinavian and post war British design. They source and stock an incredible range of  20th century ceramics and pottery, vintage glass, retro furniture, accessories and collectables and update their finds on their blog here. 

And they also have a selection of classic penguin titles from the 1930's through to 1980's that they frame to make these great artworks - priced €35 for a single and they can do sets and triples by special order. Find find find!.
